When plugging a USB flash drive, Windows will prompt that you need to format the disk before you can use it. When formatting this disk, “Windows was unable to complete the format” message occurs. In this case, you may right click this drive to check “Properties”, but view that your USB drive shows 0 bytes including used space, free space, and capacity. When opening Disk Management, you will find this disk partition is in RAW file system.
